When I started TPC, my first order was £500 of stock in a cardboard box, and I had no idea what I was doing. No investors, no team, no playbook. Just me, figuring it out one mistake at a time.

Fast forward, and that £500 order had become a single £500k restock, with a Matchroom partnership behind the brand. Same founder, 1,000 times the order.

Every stage in between, I had to make the calls I now help founders make. What to sell. Who to sell it to. When to push, when to hire, when to stop. I know what it feels like to not know. And I know how much faster it goes with someone beside you who's been there.
